Terms of Service

These terms apply to the website ameyaartha.com and to services provided by AMEYA ARTHA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India (“Ameya Artha”, “we”). By using the website or ordering a service you agree to them. Each engagement also has a written scope that names the service, price, timeline and deliverables. If the scope and these terms differ, the scope wins.

Our services

We provide due diligence and verification services, website and software development, digital marketing, and organisational restructuring. For due diligence, we report what public records, licensed databases, site visits and lawful enquiries show on the dates stated in the report.

What a due diligence report is, and is not

  • It is an independent, evidence-based review that reduces risk. It does not remove risk.
  • It is not a legal opinion, a statutory audit, a credit rating or a guarantee about any company, person or property.
  • It reflects the records available on the date of the check. Records can be incomplete, late or wrong, and things can change after the report.
  • It is for the client’s own decision. It must not be used to decide a person’s employment, credit, insurance or tenancy in the United States, or as a consumer report under the US Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information about the subject and your purpose.
  • Have a lawful reason for the check, and obtain the person’s written consent when we ask for it.
  • Keep reports confidential and share them only with your advisers, board or lenders.

How we work

We use lawful sources only. We do not hack, obtain phone or bank records unlawfully, impersonate anyone, or use false pretexts. Every finding cites its source, and a second person reviews every report. We may decline or stop work that we believe is unlawful or unethical.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are on our website or in your written scope. Clients in India pay in INR plus GST. Clients outside India pay in USD.
  • We ask for 50% before work starts and the balance on delivery, unless the scope says otherwise.
  • Government fees, certified copies and travel outside our core districts are charged at cost, with your approval first.
  • Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Confidentiality

We keep your identity and your files confidential. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything sensitive.

Intellectual property

The report is yours to use for your decision. Our templates, methods and website content remain ours. For website and software projects, ownership of the code passes to you on full payment, unless the scope says otherwise.

Limit of liability

We do our work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the fee you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, or for decisions you make using the report.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking. If that fails, the courts at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction.
